In support of this policy of consumer satisfaction, we offer our 1-year limited warranty as described below.
Segretto Cookware guarantees this cookware to the registered name on the online warranty form. However, suppose, at any time, it should develop any defect resulting from faulty craftsmanship or material choice; in that case, Segretto Cookware agrees to amend the defect(s) without charge to the registered customer.
This guarantee, however, does not provide coverage of replacement necessitated by normal wear and tear, misuse of product, accidental damage, or the natural cracking or chipped enamel resulting from extreme temperature changes beyond the specification indication on the product specification.
Applicable Conditions
- Segretto Cookware products are covered for defects in materials, craftsmanship, or general product failure as long as the original buyer owns the product. You may refer to the warranty FAQ page for valid claims.
- All parts and components of the cookware are covered by the warranty.
Non-Applicable Conditions
- Any conditions that were caused by normal wear and tear.
- Abuse, accidents, misuse, alterations, or modification to the product.
- Any form of modification, mechanical and chemical, to the product.
- Exposure to outdoor elements due to being left out ( sun and UV damage, wind & water) and fading over time.
- Failure to follow the instructions and care manual with respect to proper usage, compatible materials, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Shipping charges are not covered.

Segretto Cookware will replace or issue refunds for the cookware products which are valid claims. However, except where provincial or territorial law requires otherwise, Segretto Cookware will not be liable to refund the purchaser if the purchase was made from any unofficial, sanctioned, or unauthorized dealers outside its official Segretto Cookware Webstore or official Amazon Store. Segretto Cookware will not be liable for any monetary loss, property damage, injury, or any form of damage, including but not limited to punitive damages (by the original damage, injury, or any 3rd party harm) arising out of or related to the design, manufacture, fabrication, distribution, purchase, or use of the Segretto Cookware item.
The limitation of liability in this warranty policy shall apply regardless of whether Segretto Cookware or its affiliates have breached a condition of sale or have committed any other wrong whatsoever except as a direct result of gross recklessness or negligence.
Different warranty periods and terms apply to commercial products and applications.
The warranty only applies to products that have been registered within 30 days of the initial receipt of the order. Segretto Cookware shall not be liable for any warranty claims made for unregistered products or products that have only been registered shortly after the reason for warranty claims surfaces.
